Instructions:On a bamboo sushi mat, lay a nori sheet with the shiny side down Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top Line up the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, and carrot in the middle of the rice Use the bamboo mat to roll the nori up tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge Use a sharp knife to cut the roll into 6 to 8 pieces, wiping the blade clean between cuts Do it again with the rest of the ingredients and nori sheets Put it on the plate with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi
