Instructions:Crumble tofu, flour, almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, baking powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a mixing bowl Until a smooth batter forms, thoroughly mix Grease a non-stick skillet with cooking spray or oil and heat it over medium heat To make pancakes, ladle a tiny bit of batter onto the skillet Cook until cooked through and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side Continue with the leftover batter, adjusting the skillet's oil level as necessary Top with your preferred pancake toppings and serve hot
