Instructions:Preheat oven to 375F 190C Cook gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente Drain and set aside In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cook until onion is translucent Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper Simmer for 5 minutes Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving
