Instructions:Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl Beat the eggs in a different bowl, then add them to the dry ingredients Combine well While whisking, add the milk little by little until the batter is smooth Remove the batter from the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and use butter or oil to lightly coat it Put a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom evenly For about two minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the bottom of the crepe gets a little brown, cook it Turn the crepe over carefully and cook the other side for another minute or two, until it turns golden Take the crepe out of the pan and keep it warm Do the same thing again with the rest of the batter Pour caramel sauce over each crepe and sprinkle a little sea salt on top to serve You can either fold the crepes in half or roll them up Add whipped cream on top if you like Have fun with your tasty salted caramel crepes!
