  • 4-6 rose biscuits

  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried rose petals

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

  • Honey for drizzling optional

Instructions:

Put plain yogurt and rose syrup in a bowl and mix them together

Mix the syrup into the yogurt well until it's all mixed in

Mix the rosewater into the yogurt and mix it in well

Break up the rose biscuits into smaller pieces

To do this, put them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to gently crush them

Put the crushed rose biscuits at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls

Fill each glass or bowl about halfway with the rose yogurt mixture and then sprinkle the crushed cookies on top

Crush some dried rose petals and chop some pistachios to put on top of the yogurt

For extra sweetness, you can drizzle some honey over the top if you want to

If you have more cookies and yogurt mixture left, repeat the layering step

Put the rose biscuits and rose yogurt in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them
