Instructions:Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted Stir in the peppermint extract until well combined Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top, gently pressing them into the fudge Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it's firm and set Once set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift the fudge out of the pan Cut the fudge into squares or rectangles Serve and enjoy your mint chocolate homemade fudge!
