Instructions:Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl Mix the eggs in a different bowl with a whisk Then add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well Mix the wet and dry ingredients together with a whisk until the batter is smooth Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-low heat Grease the pan with a little butter Put a small amount of the batter into the pan and swirl it around to make a thin crepe Once the bottom is golden brown and the edges begin to lift, flip it over and cook the other side Do it again with the rest of the batter, adding butter to the pan as needed After the cream cheese has cooled, mix it with powdered sugar in a different bowl until it is smooth Add a lot of the cream cheese mixture to each crepe using a spoon Strawberry and blueberry slices and a dollop of whipped cream should be put on top of the cream cheese To make a triangle, fold the crepe in half, then in half again Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve right away
