Goji Berry, Papaya, and Calendula Smoothie

Indulge in the goodness of goji berries, the tropical sweetness of papaya, and the subtle floral notes of calendula in this Move Nourish Believe smoothie. It's packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and a touch of natural sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup goji berries

  • 1 cup ripe papaya chunks

  • 1 tablespoon dried calendula petals

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Soak the goji berries in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them


Drain the soaked goji berries and add them to a blender


Add the ripe papaya chunks, dried calendula petals, almond milk, and honey if using to the blender


If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can also add a few ice cubes at this point


Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy, typically for about 2-3 minutes


Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or consistency as desired by adding more honey or almond milk


Pour the Goji Berry, Papaya, and Calendula Smoothie into a glass


Garnish with additional calendula petals if you'd like


Serve immediately and enjoy your nourishing and refreshing smoothie!
