Instructions:Place the raw almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely ground Add the pitted dates, raw cacao powder, chipotle powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor Process until the mixture sticks together and forms a dough-like consistency Line a square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal Press the brownie mixture evenly into the lined baking dish, using your hands or a spatula to flatten it Drizzle the pure maple syrup over the top of the brownie mixture Place the brownies in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 1 hour Once set, remove the brownies from the refrigerator, lift them out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang, and cut them into squares Serve and enjoy your gluten-free raw chipotle cacao brownies!
