Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Indulge in a moist and flavorful gluten-free banana bread made with wholesome ingredients like almond and coconut flour. This recipe is perfect for breakfast or as a snack, and it's sure to satisfy your cravings without any gluten.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C


Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper


In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract


Mix until well combined


In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon


Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined


Be careful not to overmix


Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula


Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean


Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing


Serve and enjoy!
