Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

These Crispy Roasted Chickpeas are a delicious and healthy gluten-free snack. They are seasoned with paprika, garlic, cumin, and other spices for a flavorful crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chickpeas garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C


Use paper towels to dry the chickpeas and get rid of any extra water


Mix the cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and toss the chickpeas in a bowl until they are well covered


Place the chickpeas in a single layer on a silicone mat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet


The chickpeas should be roasted in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring them once or twice, until they are golden brown and crispy


Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it


As a crunchy snack or on top of soups or salads, you can eat it
