Instructions:Put the eggs in a bowl and whisk them until the whites and yolks are fully mixed Put the butter in a nonstick skillet and heat it over low heat Let it melt and cover the pan all over Put the eggs into the pan after whisking them, and don't move them for a while until the edges start to set Use a spatula to gently stir the eggs and move them from the edges to the middle Add salt, pepper, and heavy cream to the eggs as they cook Allow them to cook until they're done the way you like them for soft and creamy, about 34 minutes Add the cheese to the eggs and stir them around while the cheese melts Take the eggs off the heat just before they reach the consistency you want They will continue to cook a little after being taken off the heat If you want, you can add chopped chives or parsley as a garnish Enjoy while hot!
